The PU Cold Storage Panel Production Line

With a total length of 320m, the automated continuous production line wholly imported from Italy adopts internationally advanced technologies such as roll forming, composite transmission, frequency conversion vector control, hydraulic control and eco-friendly B1 pentane foam, with an annual production capacity of up to millions of square meters. The 42-meters long track provides sufficient time for the chemical curing reaction of PU foam, which ensures better bonding strength and morphological stability. The OMS production line is able to manufacture cold storage panels of up to 300mm thick, which exceeds the current industry limit of 250mm, while able to meet the customers’ special needs for extremely cold environments. The drying and cooling bed independently developed is able to store products of up to 26m long, thus effectively improving product stability. The advanced pentane foaming process realizes a green production process with zero emissions of ODP and GWP.
