The Cleanroom Panel Production Line

We currently boasts a number of production lines for the manufacturing of standard cleanroom panels, as well as flexible production lines for non-standard products, which adopt the equipment jointly developed with an Italian high end imported equipment manufacturer, featuring the combination of the innovative dual-track hot press machine and the solid steel structure frame, to ensure the dimensional stability during production. While ensuring product flatness, the system with extra-long dual tracks also boasts a high degree of automation, high processing efficiency, and stable product quality, with a maximum annual production capacity of nearly 10 million square meters of cleanroom panels that are available with a variety of core materials. The invention of the automated cleanroom panel production line has overturned the industry’s perception of the traditional cleanroom panel production process.
