The Cleanroom Door & Window Production Line

The production line is mainly composed of 3 modules: automated panel welding, gluing and
compounding. The whole process is automated, subverting the traditional cleanroom window
production process, with enhanced material utilization, reduced labor input, as well as greatly
improved precision, airtightness and aesthetics of the cleanroom window products. By virtue of
the faster processing speed and the higher product quality, the production capacity of doors
and windows reaches nearly 20,000 pieces/month, making a role model that leads the
cleanroom window industry in China.
